02

Information you give us

We collect information you provide when you create an account, choose a plan, contact us, request support, configure an agent or connect a system. This may include names, business contact details, account credentials, billing details, instructions, prompts, knowledge, files and support communications.

We do not need full payment-card details when a payment processor can handle them directly.

03

Service and communication data

Depending on a Customer’s configuration, the Service may process phone numbers, message identifiers, conversation content, call recordings, transcripts, summaries, contact and customer records, tool results, workflow actions, delivery information and handoff notes.

Customers decide whose data enters the Service, what an agent may access or do, which channels are used and how long configured records should remain.

04

Technical and usage data

We collect information needed to operate and protect the Service, such as IP address, browser and device information, timestamps, authentication events, pages and features used, call or message usage, diagnostic logs, error reports and approximate location derived from an IP address.

We may use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, security, preferences, site operation and measurement.

05

Why we process information

We process information to provide and secure the Service; create and administer accounts; complete approved calls, messages and connected actions; calculate usage; manage billing; provide support; investigate incidents; prevent abuse; improve reliability; communicate about the Service; and comply with law.

Where applicable, our legal bases include performing a contract, legitimate interests in operating and securing the Service, compliance with legal obligations, and consent where the law requires it.

06

Customer instructions

When we process personal data for a Customer, we use it to provide the configured Service and follow the Customer’s documented instructions. The Customer is responsible for its own notices, legal bases, consents, requests and communication practices.

Questions about a call or message from one of our Customers should usually be directed to that Customer. We will assist the Customer with verified requests as required by contract and law.

07

AI providers and model training

The Service may send the minimum necessary content to approved model, speech, voice or infrastructure providers to produce a response or perform a configured task.

We do not use Customer Data to train a generalized model, and we do not authorize a provider to do so, unless the Customer expressly agrees. We may use de-identified or aggregated operational information that does not identify a person or Customer to understand and improve reliability.

08

When information is shared

We share information with service providers that support hosting, communications, AI, voice, analytics, security, billing and support; with integrations a Customer authorizes; with professional advisers; and when required to protect rights, safety, the Service or comply with law.

We may transfer information in connection with a financing, merger, acquisition, reorganization or sale, subject to appropriate confidentiality and continued protection.

09

International processing

Supported.tech and its providers may process information in countries other than the country where it was collected. Where required, we use recognized transfer mechanisms and contractual safeguards.

Available routing, provider and regional options depend on the plan and configuration. Customers should select configurations appropriate for their obligations and users.

10

How long information stays

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Service, maintain security and records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements and meet legal obligations. Retention differs by data type, account configuration and contractual commitment.

When the relationship ends, Customer Data is deleted or returned according to the applicable agreement, configured retention and lawful backup cycles, unless preservation is legally required.

11

Security

We use administrative, technical and organizational measures designed to protect information, including access controls, encryption, monitoring, provider review and incident procedures appropriate to the Service.

No system can guarantee absolute security. Customers also play a role by protecting credentials, limiting permissions, reviewing integrations and reporting suspected misuse promptly.

12

Your privacy choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing; obtain a portable copy; withdraw consent; or appeal a decision about a request. You may also complain to the data-protection authority where you live.

We may verify identity, authority and jurisdiction before acting. Some information may be retained where law permits or requires it. To make a request, email describe@supported.tech.

13

U.S. state disclosures

We do not sell personal information for money. We do not knowingly use personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. If a practice is treated as a “sale,” “sharing” or targeted advertising under an applicable state law, eligible people may opt out by emailing describe@supported.tech.

We will not discriminate against a person for exercising an applicable privacy right.

14

Automated decisions and children

We do not use account or website data to make solely automated decisions that create legal or similarly significant effects about an individual. Customers are responsible for determining whether their configured use involves automated decision-making and for providing required safeguards.

The Service is designed for businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from a child through account registration.

15

We may update this notice when the Service, our providers or the law changes. We will publish the current version here and provide additional notice when a change materially affects rights or our use of information.
