AI phone + messaging that takes action
Phone. Chat. WhatsApp. Text. One job: help the customer.
Supported.tech answers calls and messages, checks connected systems, books or changes appointments, qualifies leads, and updates the tools your team uses. If a request needs a person, your team receives the details.
Six jobs / one useful standard
The customer asks. Business moves.
Updated. Handed off.
Never appear closed.
Answer inbound calls around the clock, understand the reason, complete an approved request, or route it with context.
Move the calendar now.
Check connected availability and book or reschedule approved appointment types in the same conversation.
Give the answer that keeps the job moving.
Verify the caller, check approved order, availability, and delivery records, then route an exception instead of inventing an answer.
Catch intent while it is hot.
Qualify inbound interest or place approved outbound calls for sales follow-up, reminders and reactivation—with configured calling hours, consent and opt-out rules.
Answer the repeatable. Escalate the exception.
Use approved FAQs and connected customer records. When the answer is missing, say so and follow the defined route.
Bring in a person without starting over.
Transfer live where the route supports it or create a structured follow-up with the request, transcript context and next step already prepared.

These are starting points, not character costumes. Listen for pace, pronunciation, warmth and regional fit. The final voice is tested against the names, products and situations your customers actually bring.
American / warm
A grounded, conversational starting point for customer service.
British / confident
Measured and clear for reception, qualification and service workflows.
Turkish / composed
A calm regional option for multilingual customer journeys.

Frequently asked questions.
Can Supported.tech use our current business number?+
Eligible phone systems can connect through forwarding or SIP. The exact route depends on the carrier, country and existing setup.
How many languages does Supported.tech support?+
The live account currently exposes 47 assistant languages. The exact language, accent and multilingual combination depends on the chosen voice and transcription configuration, so each launch is tested in the languages it will actually use.
Can Supported.tech handle 100 calls at the same time?+
A 100-call concurrent capacity can be configured. It is not automatically included on every account, so the contracted limit and peak-load behavior are confirmed before launch.
Can customers ask for a person?+
Yes. Supported routes can transfer live; every deployment also defines a structured fallback so the request and context reach the team if a transfer cannot complete.
What happens after a call?+
Supported.tech can produce a call summary, extracted fields and a post-call evaluation, then write permitted outcomes to the connected system. Recording, retention and access settings are agreed before launch.
Does one plan include messaging?+
Account support by chat and email is included with every plan. Customer messaging is priced separately by channel and usage.
