Cookies / site and app controls

Small files. Limited purposes.

This notice explains how NECESSARY SYSTEMS LLC uses cookies and similar technologies through Supported.tech.

01

What these technologies are

Cookies are small files or identifiers stored by a browser. Similar technologies include local storage, pixels and software development kits. They can remember a session, protect an account, retain a preference or help us understand whether the Service is working.

02

Strictly necessary

Necessary technologies support sign-in, authentication, security, fraud prevention, load balancing, network management and essential site or app functions. The Service may not work correctly without them.

03

Preferences

Preference technologies remember choices such as language, interface state, theme or other settings so that you do not need to repeat them each time you return.

04

Measurement and reliability

We may use analytics and diagnostic technologies to understand page use, feature performance, errors and reliability. We use this information to maintain and improve the Service, not to read the contents of a Customer’s connected systems.

05

Service providers

Our website, application, payment, security, support and analytics providers may place or read technologies needed for their role. Their use is limited by the service, configuration and applicable agreements. A provider is not exempt from consent requirements simply because it supplies a technical service.

Controls on this website may not govern a separate application, payment page or third-party site. Review the notices and settings shown there.

06

Your choices

Use the Cookie Preferences control on this website to review or change the available website cookie choices. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser. Refusing optional technologies should not require you to accept them in order to read this notice.

Where consent is required, you may refuse it or withdraw it for future use. Withdrawing consent does not make earlier lawful processing unlawful. Clearing storage may reset a saved choice. Blocking technologies necessary for sign-in or security can prevent those functions from working.

07

Duration and privacy signals

Session technologies normally expire when the session ends. Persistent technologies remain until their expiry or deletion. The period depends on the particular purpose and provider; a consent preference is not an indefinite authorization for unrelated uses.

Where applicable law requires an opt-out preference signal, such as Global Privacy Control, to be honored, it applies to the processing covered by that law. A signal does not necessarily disable all necessary technologies. Contact us if a privacy control does not work as expected.

08

Updates and questions

NECESSARY SYSTEMS LLC is responsible for this notice. We may update it when technologies or their purposes change. A notice update does not replace any fresh consent required for a new purpose.
