Acceptable use / communication rules
Reach people with permission.
This policy applies to every call, message, agent, workflow, integration and connected action run through Supported.tech, operated by NECESSARY SYSTEMS LLC. It forms part of our Terms; material updates follow the notice and acceptance rules in those Terms.
Use lawfully
You must comply with the laws, regulations, industry rules and channel policies that apply to your organization, recipients, content, geography and use case. Supported.tech does not give you permission to contact someone you could not otherwise lawfully contact.
Consent and records
Before launching a communication, obtain the notice or consent required for its channel, location and purpose, including any consent required for AI-generated voices and recording. Keep evidence of who consented, what they agreed to, the business identified, the number or address covered, and when and how permission was obtained.
A public number, an existing customer relationship or a purchased contact list is not by itself proof that a particular automated call or message is permitted. Make evidence available if we reasonably request it to investigate compliance.
Identity and disclosure
Agents must identify the business on whose behalf they communicate and must not conceal the purpose of a sales, collections or other regulated interaction. Provide required recording, AI and commercial disclosures at the appropriate time.
Do not falsely present an AI agent as a particular person. Clone or use a person’s voice or likeness only with the rights and permission required, and honor restrictions on that permission. Do not fabricate credentials, testimonials or endorsements.
Opt-outs and do-not-contact rules
Honor a person’s request to stop. Maintain and apply organization-specific suppression lists, national or regional do-not-contact lists and channel opt-outs. Do not make opting out difficult, conditional or deceptive.
Responsible targeting
Do not use purchased, scraped or generated contact data unless you can demonstrate a lawful basis and required consent. Do not target children or vulnerable people unlawfully, exploit emergencies, or infer sensitive traits for manipulative or discriminatory outreach.
Prohibited content and conduct
Do not use the Service for fraud, impersonation, phishing, harassment, threats, hate, exploitation, unlawful discrimination, malware, credential theft, infringement, illegal goods or services, deceptive claims, fabricated endorsements or schemes designed to evade enforcement.
High-impact and regulated work
Do not allow an agent alone to make legally or similarly significant decisions about employment, housing, credit, insurance, healthcare or another regulated field. Establish a lawful process, appropriate review and meaningful human involvement before using the Service in those settings.
The Service is not an emergency, dispatch or safety system. Do not rely on it for diagnosis, treatment, professional advice or life-critical instructions. Standard service is not HIPAA-enabled. Do not send protected health information without express written approval, all required business associate agreements and the confirmed safeguards.
Systems, data and approvals
Connect only systems and data you are authorized to use. Apply least privilege, protect credentials, test workflows and verify consequential actions. Use actual access controls and transaction limits; a prompt is not a security boundary.
Do not place passwords, full payment-card details, card security codes or unnecessary sensitive information in prompts, recordings or knowledge files. Use approved credential and payment controls for supported workflows. Keep a human approval or review path where risk requires it.
Check prices, availability, product descriptions, refunds and other commitments against approved sources before an agent communicates or acts on them. Stop or correct workflows that make misleading claims or exceed their approved scope.
Volume and platform integrity
Do not overload networks, manipulate caller identity, rotate numbers to evade blocking, bypass safeguards, artificially inflate engagement, interfere with the Service, or use it in a way that harms recipients, carriers, providers or other Customers.
Review, enforcement and reporting
We may investigate suspected violations, request evidence of lawful use, limit a workflow, suspend affected activity or terminate access under the Terms. Where practical, we will explain the concern and allow a response. Urgent, serious or repeated violations may require immediate action. Review does not mean we monitor or approve every communication.
Report abuse, a security concern or a questionable workflow to describe@supported.tech. Include the workspace, date and a brief description, but do not send passwords or unnecessary personal information.
