Billing starts when the call connects. Failed and unanswered calls are not billed as connected voice minutes.
Do models and voices change my Supported.tech rate?+
No model or voice surcharge is added within the options included in your plan. Explore includes GPT-5.5 Instant, GPT-5.4-mini, GPT-5.4 and GPT-5.3. Supported+ includes every Explore model and exclusive access to GPT-5.6 Luna and Terra. External services or custom infrastructure remain separate if you choose them.
How is messaging priced?+
Messaging is pay as you go on both plans. Explore rates are $0.040 per chat reply, $0.019 per WhatsApp message and $0.020 per SMS. Supported+ members pay $0.035, $0.016 and $0.017 respectively. Carrier and destination differences are shown before launch.
Is Guided Launch required?+
No. Agent Cycle can guide a self-service build inside ChatGPT or Claude. Guided Launch is available when you want a person to review the workflow, connections, test plan and launch.
Can I set up and manage an agent without a developer?+
Yes. Describe the job inside your own ChatGPT or Claude conversation and use Agent Cycle to create, connect, test and maintain the agent. A standard first setup can begin in 15 minutes; complex integrations take longer.
Can I move between Explore and Supported+?+
Yes. Explore suits testing and occasional use. For voice alone, Supported+ becomes the lower-priced option at roughly 910 connected minutes per month. Messaging can make it less expensive sooner; the calculator uses your actual mix.
