Work completed in the tools you already use
Conversations that finish in your systems.
Supported.tech checks the approved source of truth, completes the bounded action, confirms the result and records the outcome. It does not invent availability, price, order status or completion when a connection is unavailable.

Calendar and scheduling
Check approved availability, book or move appointments, send confirmation and write the result back to the connected record.
CRM and lead systems
Recognize approved customer context, qualify a lead, assign the next step and keep the customer record current.
Help desks and service tools
Answer from approved knowledge, create or update a ticket, capture the outcome and bring in a person when the request falls outside the configured path.
Commerce and order systems
Use verified catalog or order information, collect a request and avoid stating that an order or price was confirmed when the connection did not return it.
Automation, API and MCP
Use a documented automation or narrow custom action when a native connection does not cover the required step. Permissions remain limited to the task.
Failure behavior
Before launch, define what the assistant may read, what it may write, what needs approval, what it says when a connection fails and who can pause the workflow.

Frequently asked questions.
Which integrations are available?+
The exact list depends on the account and workflow. Supported.tech can use native connectors, approved automations, webhooks, APIs and MCP services where configured.
What happens if an integration is unavailable?+
The assistant follows the agreed failure path. It does not claim the action succeeded and can collect the request for human follow-up.
Can access be limited?+
Yes. Each production setup should use only the permissions and systems required for the approved task.
